"Great customer service for last minute cancellation"

"Due to the wildfires in California, my wife and I decided it wasn't a good time to travel to the West Coast. Although we called to cancel on such short notice, the staff completely understood the situation and were able to cancel our reservation free of charge. They were very responsive and helped us through this difficult situation. Looking forward to visiting at a later time."
