"We arrived a bit early room wasn’t ready however we were at least an hour before check-in and in the meantime Neil at the front desk offered to put rose petals on the bed because we are celebrating our three-year anniversary went and hand cut them from the garden. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable for being such a small boutique hotel they still did breakfast and had a great patio to sit and overlook the river on we will stay again. Thanks again meal and all the gentleman at Rio Vista"

"Beautifully restored Victorian mansion with modern amenities and uniquely beautiful rooms and suites. Service was top-notch and extremely amenable to our needs. Our queen seat even had a jetted hot tub not mentioned on the website! The bed was incredibly comfortable, bathroom clean, modern and luxurious, and staff friendly and available. Will definitely stay again!"
